Oakenrose Developments Limited is a family run business specialising in individual, high quality developments within Hampshire and Berkshire.
Our past projects have included client builds as well as full developments. We offer our clients a full package including plot finding, assistance with design and obtaining planning permission, 3D visualisations, detailed project costing and planning through to construction and completion. We can offer full 10 year warranties from NHBC.
We are proud of each job we undertake and ensure the finished quality is superior to many other house builders - whether it’s a 3 bed semi or a 6 bed country house, the same care and attention is given.
We believe in using traditional building methods, quality products and experienced local tradesmen.
